Bueno, pues eso hizo el <strong>chef Eduardo Osuna, <\/strong>y lo convirti\u00f3 en una joyita gastron\u00f3mica para la tele. Aunque naci\u00f3 en la CDMX, lleva 16 a\u00f1os viviendo en Quer\u00e9taro y ya se siente m\u00e1s queretano que muchos. Es por eso que se ha rifado con una ruta de<strong> <em>20 lugares imperdible<\/em><\/strong><em>s<\/em>, que s\u00ed o s\u00ed tienes que probar si andas por all\u00e1. Lo mejor, es que podr\u00e1s conocerla toda este <strong>4 de junio a las 6 pm <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s del canal<strong> elGourmet<\/strong>; pero por mientras te dejo los detalles de su selecci\u00f3n, que es puro fuego, y que nos comparti\u00f3 en una <strong>entrevista exclusiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El recorrido con estilo elGourmet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para empezar el <strong>chef Eduardo Osuna<\/strong>, nos comenta que esta ruta no es solo para comer rico, sino para entender la comida desde el coraz\u00f3n. Pues nos propone cada lugar en torno al encanto y la conexi\u00f3n que puede tener cos nosotres mismes. Y es que seg\u00fan \u00e9l, todo depende del mood, el clima y el antojo del d\u00eda. Con esta finalidad, <strong>Osuna<\/strong> nos organiz\u00f3 el recorrido m\u00e1s como una historia que como una lista de tops. Hay de todo y para todes: vi\u00f1edos fancy, ranchos con vibe rural, mercaditos llenos de vida como el de <em>La Cruz<\/em> en el centro. \u00bfLo mejor? Es que todo esto sufre un glow up con la producci\u00f3n del programa, que ha pensado en unos visuales incre\u00edbles que te encantar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/zeromagazine.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ElGourmet-Reel-Los-favoritos-de-Osuna-en-Queretaro_-GEN-WEB-1.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un platillo de respeto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, algo que me vol\u00f3 la cabeza fue cuando habl\u00f3 de uno de los tops de los platillos del programa, y estamos hablando nada m\u00e1s y nada menos que de los tamales. Y es que el <strong>chef Osuna<\/strong>, nos dice que son de sus mayores retos, y no porque se le dificulten, sino por el respeto que les tiene. Los compara con hacer croissants (\u00a1s\u00ed, le\u00edste bien!). Pues para \u00e9l hay mucho detalles e ingredientes a considera: que si la manteca, que si la masa, que si la hoja de pl\u00e1tano o de ma\u00edz\u2026 cada decisi\u00f3n cambia todo. Y a\u00fan as\u00ed, le entra con gusto. Porque para \u00e9l, cocinar es conectar con algo m\u00e1s profundo. Pues nos dice que uno de sus platillos favoritos pa\u2019 un dominguito chill es el cortadillo de res, una receta de su abuela. Y es que imag\u00ednate: carne, papitas, chile morita, tomate verde, jitomate y or\u00e9gano, todo cocido a fuego lento y acompa\u00f1ado con arroz a la mexicana. As\u00ed, con ese flow familiar que reconforta. Adem\u00e1s nos coment\u00f3 que unido a este concepto familiar, es que ha encontrado uno de sus postres predilectos que han sido el <em>lava cake<\/em> con chile ancho. Porque s\u00ed, el picante tambi\u00e9n se mete al dulce, y queda <em>chef\u2019s kiss<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, cuando le preguntamos c\u00f3mo definir\u00eda su cocina, Osuna responde: \u201ccl\u00e1sico contempor\u00e1neo\u201d. O sea, no se va por lo experimental loco, pero s\u00ed le gusta reinterpretar lo tradicional con una mirada actual. Respeta ca\u00f1\u00f3n la cocina mexicana y no busca hacerla deconstruida nom\u00e1s por verse cool. Su base es el sabor y la historia, pero no le teme al presente. Cocinar con emoci\u00f3n, historia y saz\u00f3n es lo suyo. Y adem\u00e1s, entre sus proyectos es poder cocinar junto a <em>Guillermo Gonz\u00e1lez Beristain<\/em>; s\u00ed, ese crossover no creo que podamos perderlo. Mientras tanto, <strong>Osuna <\/strong>sigue compartiendo lo que ama: buena comida, historias que abrazan y recomendaciones reales, como ese compa que s\u00ed sabe d\u00f3nde comer rico sin pretensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El antojo desde elGourmet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amix, si todos los detalles te causaron curiosidad; pues te va encantar conocer los<em><strong> 20 lugares recomendados por el chef Osuna en Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong><\/em>.  Porque esta ruta no es cualquier cosa, es una colecci\u00f3n curada con cari\u00f1o, saz\u00f3n y antojo; pero sobre toda una verdadera lista de <em>favoritos de capricho<\/em> que tienes que probar al menos una vez.
