Y s\u00ed, lo confieso: Mestiza me flech\u00f3 desde la primera entrada. Este restaurante, ubicado en una de las esquinas m\u00e1s elegantes de Polanco, es mucho m\u00e1s que un lugar bonito \u2014es un homenaje vivo a la diversidad y riqueza gastron\u00f3mica de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<br><br>Desde que entras, sientes que est\u00e1s a punto de vivir algo especial. El lugar tiene alma: l\u00e1mparas que parecen hechas de sue\u00f1os, vajilla artesanal, colores c\u00e1lidos, y m\u00fasica latina que envuelve cada rinc\u00f3n. Como si el Caribe, la Patagonia y Oaxaca se dieran un beso en el coraz\u00f3n de Polanco. Aqu\u00ed todo tiene alma. Desde unos tacos de pulpo perfectos, hasta una burrata con mole que te hace cuestionar todas tus elecciones de vida anteriores. El risotto de tu\u00e9tano con hongos es puro placer umami, mientras que el cordero ahumado podr\u00eda ganarse un Grammy gastron\u00f3mico. Y si eres m\u00e1s de mar, los tiraditos nikkei y ceviches con aj\u00ed amarillo o maracuy\u00e1 son una locura de frescura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfY la cocteler\u00eda? Digna de playlist.<\/strong> Mojitos con twist, cantaritos elevados, tragos con mezcal, pisco y ron, todo preparado con ingredientes naturales y servido con tanta personalidad como tus stories.<br><br><strong>La noche comenz\u00f3 con un trago que ya se volvi\u00f3 uno de mis favoritos del a\u00f1o: el Alebrije.<\/strong> Este coctel reci\u00e9n integrado al men\u00fa no solo llega decorado con un alebrije que parece salido de una galer\u00eda de arte, sino que tambi\u00e9n sabe espectacular. Equilibrado, creativo, juguet\u00f3n. Cremoso, ahumado, ligeramente dulce\u2026 es el tipo de platillo que te hace cerrar los ojos y decir \u201cwow\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Despu\u00e9s lleg\u00f3 el Ceviche Verde<\/strong>, preparado con pesca del d\u00eda, aguachile verde, aguacate, pepino, camote, chile serrano y cilantro. Refrescante, vibrante, equilibrado. Ideal para quienes amamos los sabores intensos sin perder la frescura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y para el momento dram\u00e1tico (porque s\u00ed, siempre hay uno), llegaron los Tacos de Res con Tu\u00e9tano.<\/strong> Pero no cualquier taco: aqu\u00ed raspan el tu\u00e9tano del hueso directo en tu mesa. El aroma, la textura, la grasa perfecta\u2026 puro placer carnal. Un final de pel\u00edcula.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>cheesecake Amaz\u00f3nico<\/strong> con pl\u00e1tano, salsa de caramelo salado y palomitas de cacahuate es un abrazo reconfortante con twist. Y el <strong>Gelato Divino<\/strong>\u2026 bueno, <em>divino<\/em> se queda corto. Es un helado casero de pistache con aceite de oliva virgen y sal negra que no se parece a nada que hayas probado antes. Y no importa si vas con tu date, tu mam\u00e1, tus amix o hasta t\u00fa solx con antojo de algo rico \u2014siempre hay una mesa con espacio para el buen gusto y la buena vibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El servicio, como era de esperarse, es top. Amables, atentos, sin ser invasivos. Te recomiendan con honestidad y tienen un timing que se agradece en un sitio tan concurrido. Y aunque los precios est\u00e1n en la zona medio-alta, la experiencia lo vale todo.
