Su arquitectura de \u00e9poca, su inconfundible pan horneado cada ma\u00f1ana, el limoncello que transporta directamente a Italia y el servicio cercano lo han convertido en un lugar que no solo alimenta el cuerpo, sino tambi\u00e9n la nostalgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mar\u00eda Ciento38: Un aniversario con men\u00fa especial<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Para celebrar estos nueve a\u00f1os, a partir del 28 de agosto se presenta un men\u00fa creado por dos figuras entra\u00f1ables de la casa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">La Nonna, Antonietta Di Pasquale, el coraz\u00f3n de la cocina siciliana del restaurante. El Chef Jes\u00fas Pedraza (El Bizco), originario de Carabanchel, Madrid, con una s\u00f3lida trayectoria en la alta cocina espa\u00f1ola y mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">El resultado es una propuesta que honra las ra\u00edces y al mismo tiempo se abre al encuentro entre culturas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf45 De la Nonna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Bruschetta di Caponata: crostini de masa madre con caponata y aceite de oliva. Mini Salchicha Siciliana: hecha en casa con carne de cerdo, hinojo y c\u00e1scara de naranja, cocinada a fuego lento en vino blanco.
