El sue\u00f1o profundo es el momento en el que el cuerpo se repara de verdad. Es ah\u00ed cuando se libera la hormona del crecimiento, la que reconstruye m\u00fasculos, regenera tejidos y te ayuda a no lesionarte. Pero entre el calor, el estr\u00e9s de los entrenamientos y el insomnio pre-carrera, dormir bien puede volverse misi\u00f3n imposible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo descubr\u00ed el \u201chack\u201d del descanso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Hace poco conoc\u00ed el Pod de Eight Sleep y, honestamente, se volvi\u00f3 parte de mi rutina igual que mis tenis de correr. Imag\u00ednate una cama que se adapta a ti en lugar de al rev\u00e9s. Es como tener un entrenador personal, pero de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los resultados que se sienten al correr, despu\u00e9s de dormir bien.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Despu\u00e9s de dos semanas usando el Pod, not\u00e9 que despertaba con m\u00e1s energ\u00eda y menos fatiga. Y no era solo una sensaci\u00f3n: estudios recientes muestran que dormir en el Pod puede darte mejoras comparables a seis semanas de entrenamiento f\u00edsico.
