Ya sabes, esos d\u00edas en que sales con calor de verano, pero de pronto se viene la lluvia, el viento y hasta sientes fr\u00edo de oto\u00f1o. El clima est\u00e1 tan indeciso que mi antojo tambi\u00e9n lo estaba: quer\u00eda un chocolate caliente para abrazar el alma, pero al mismo tiempo el calor me ped\u00eda algo fresco, casi helado. Y obvio, lo quer\u00eda con un \u201cpiquetito\u201d \u2014if you know what I mean\u2014, porque no hay nada como relajarse con un saborcito dulce con ese twist adulto y que mejor que con un Bayley\u00b4s Chocolat Luxe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00ed fue cuando record\u00e9 una receta que ten\u00eda guardada: el&nbsp;<strong>Baileys Chocolate<\/strong>, hecho con&nbsp;<strong>Baileys Chocolat Luxe<\/strong>. Y s\u00ed, es justo lo que necesitaba: un chocolate cremoso, con sabor intenso y ese toque de licor que lo convierte en algo m\u00e1s que un simple postre. Perfecto para esos d\u00edas donde el clima est\u00e1 jugando al volado entre verano y oto\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mi tarde con Baileys Chocolat Luxe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Te cuento c\u00f3mo lo prepar\u00e9: estaba en casa, escuchando la lluvia caer en la ventana pero con el calor a\u00fan pegando fuerte. As\u00ed que saqu\u00e9 mi shaker y me puse a jugar de bartender casero. La mezcla es tan sencilla que en cinco minutos ya estaba disfrutando de mi antojo resuelto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40 ml de\u00a0<strong>Baileys Chocolat Luxe<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be de taza de leche l\u00edquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml de chocolate en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crema batida al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chocolate l\u00edquido al gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de trozos de chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un shaker, se vierte 40 ml de Baileys Chocolat Luxe, 40 ml de chocolate en polvo y \u00be de leche l\u00edquida. Se agita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalmente se sirve la mezcla en una taza de cristal y se decora con crema batida, chocolate l\u00edquido y trocitos de chocolate, al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo serv\u00ed fr\u00edo, con bastante crema batida y un chorrito de chocolate l\u00edquido que se fue derritiendo poco a poco. Y mientras lo probaba pens\u00e9:&nbsp;<em>esto es exactamente lo que necesito cuando el clima no se decide<\/em>. No solo es para c\u00f3cteles elegantes, tambi\u00e9n funciona en momentos de antojo, cuando quieres consentirte sin complicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que s\u00ed, la pr\u00f3xima vez que el clima te confunda \u2014calor de d\u00eda, lluvia de tarde, fr\u00edo de noche\u2014 ya sabes qu\u00e9 preparar. Un&nbsp;<strong>Baileys Chocolate<\/strong>&nbsp;que se disfruta como un abrazo dulce y fresco al mismo tiempo.
