The Ledge reafirma su identidad como un referente culinario en Los Cabos, pero ahora lleva la experiencia nocturna a un nivel m\u00e1s esc\u00e9nico y sensorial. Desde la mesa ya sientes que no est\u00e1s en una cena cualquiera, sino en un momento dise\u00f1ado para estimular todos los sentidos: sabores intensos, contrastes visuales y la brisa del mar como parte del ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un men\u00fa que viaja por sabores y emociones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre lo que m\u00e1s me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n est\u00e1n las sopas de entrada, como la&nbsp;<strong>Crema de Chile Xcatik con maracuy\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;o la&nbsp;<strong>Sopa de Coco con mariscos<\/strong>, que me suenan reconfortantes pero con un toque inesperado. Para los que amamos probar combinaciones atrevidas, el&nbsp;<strong>Risotto con salsa huanca\u00edna y camar\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;(o cola de langosta, si quieres un upgrade) promete ser un must. Esa mezcla de mar, tierra y tradici\u00f3n es justo lo que espero de un men\u00fa en un lugar como Los Cabos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las entradas son peque\u00f1as joyas, como los&nbsp;<strong>Tostones de Pulpo con salsa huanca\u00edna y camote confitado<\/strong>&nbsp;o el&nbsp;<strong>Tiradito de Totoaba con aguacate y vinagreta c\u00edtrica con habanero<\/strong>.
