Cada 29 de septiembre celebramos el D\u00eda del Ma\u00edz, pero este 2025 la tradici\u00f3n se eleva con un maridaje inesperado y exquisito: la uni\u00f3n entre la gastronom\u00eda mexicana y los Habanos. Un encuentro que invita a saborear nuestras ra\u00edces con calma, respeto y mucha elegancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">El ritual empieza en la mesa y se prolonga en la sobremesa. Porque el Habano, como el ma\u00edz, es paciencia y herencia: se disfruta despu\u00e9s de comer, dejando que los sabores del plato dialoguen con el humo. No se trata de apresurar, sino de rendir homenaje a lo que perdura en el paladar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tres platillos, tres Habanos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>TESTAL \u2013 Tradici\u00f3n con sofisticaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">El chef propone corundas de ma\u00edz con costilla de cerdo, ba\u00f1adas en salsa roja con crema y queso Cotija. A su lado, el Cohiba Siglo II despliega notas florales y especiadas, equilibrando la delicadeza de la carne con el tostado del ma\u00edz.
