Pero tambi\u00e9n hablamos de familia, de ra\u00edz y de ese tipo de sabor que no se improvisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Carnitas Carmelo: tradici\u00f3n que se hereda (y se respeta)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde&nbsp;Quiroga&nbsp;\u2014ese epicentro no oficial de las carnitas en M\u00e9xico\u2014 naci\u00f3 un proyecto que nunca busc\u00f3 ser tendencia, pero termin\u00f3 si\u00e9ndolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, lo que hace especial a&nbsp;<strong>Carnitas Carmelo<\/strong>&nbsp;no es solo la receta, sino la constancia. Cinco generaciones haciendo lo mismo, pero haci\u00e9ndolo bien. Sin shortcuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica, el proceso, el sabor: todo se mantiene fiel a su origen.
