{"id":49960,"date":"2021-07-01T13:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/atomic-temporary-84115225.wpcomstaging.com\/?p=49960"},"modified":"2021-07-01T13:30:00","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T18:30:00","slug":"la-buena-barra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zeromagazine.mx\/index.php\/2021\/07\/01\/la-buena-barra\/","title":{"rendered":"LA BUENA BARRA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Que la elegancia de este restaurante no te intimide, una vez cruzando sus puertas, te sentir\u00e1s como en casa, listo para disfrutar con tus amigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\">Por David Morales<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubicado en <em>Polanco <\/em>y con una terraza techada con vista a <em>Masaryk<\/em>, <strong>La Buena Barra<\/strong> ofrece un men\u00fa de comida mexicana \u00fanica, donde reinterpreta los sabores tradicionales de nuestra cocina, consintiendo a nuestro paladar de forma diferente a la que est\u00e1 acostumbrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniciamos este recorrido de sabores con unos deliciosos tacos de<strong><em> Rib Eye con costra de queso<\/em><\/strong>, donde la suavidad de la carne se fusiona con el queso, d\u00e1ndole una singular experiencia al paladar. Como mi debilidad son los postres y los quesos\u2026el siguiente platillo que prob\u00e9 fue un <strong><em>Queso al Carb\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong>: elaborado con una mezcla de leche de vaca y leche de cabra, servido en un sart\u00e9n de hierro, donde el queso contin\u00faa derriti\u00e9ndose (el sonido del queso gratin\u00e1ndose\u2026no hay forma de describirlo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image coblocks-animate\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/5028a-img_20210628_135713.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/5028a-img_20210628_135713.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49967\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Continu\u00e9 con el plato fuerte: <strong><em>Barbachera<\/em><\/strong>, una barbacoa de arrachera, que acompa\u00f1amos con guacamole, como les mencionaba al principio,<strong> La Buena Barra<\/strong> reinterpreta platillos que ya conocemos, como la barbacoa, pero le da un <em>twist <\/em>al prepararla con arrachera. Definitivamente le da un sabor diferente y memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image coblocks-animate\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/2597f-img_20210628_134854.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/2597f-img_20210628_134854.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49969\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Mi parte favorita lleg\u00f3: el postre. Como siempre les digo, para este punto estaba completamente satisfecho (incluso ped\u00ed para llevar poco m\u00e1s de la mitad de la <strong><em>Barbachera<\/em><\/strong>), pero para el postre hay un est\u00f3mago aparte, y ahora fue el turno de un delicioso <strong><em>Cheesecake de Guayaba<\/em><\/strong>, que fortuna que para el postre hay un est\u00f3mago extra, porque me hubiera resentido de no probar esta delicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image coblocks-animate\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/f67c4-img_20210628_151109.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/f67c4-img_20210628_151109.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49965\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>La bebida estrella, que se lleva los honores en <strong>La Buena Barra<\/strong>, se llama <strong><em>Cola<\/em><\/strong>: Mezcal, jugo de pi\u00f1a, escarchado con Taj\u00edn y sal de gusano, servido en un cuerno (si, leyeron bien\u2026) y acompa\u00f1ado de pi\u00f1a tatemada y tocino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image coblocks-animate\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/5dcfb-img_20210628_130724.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/5dcfb-img_20210628_130724.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49964\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Buena Barra<\/strong> se encuentra ubicada en <em>Arist\u00f3teles #124, Polanco, CDMX<\/em>.
