Si bien la decoraci\u00f3n es elegante, brinda al mismo tiempo una frescura acogedora que te invita a dejar las pretensiones detr\u00e1s de la puerta, para disponerte a pasar un rato agradable con tus amigos o pareja, recibiendo la mejor atenci\u00f3n por parte de todo el personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\">Por David Morales<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que entr\u00e9, qued\u00e9 obsesionado con el mural de realidad aumentada, creado por la joven artista <strong>Bili Bala<\/strong>, que enmarca\u00a0los asientos. Ahora vamos a lo que m\u00e1s nos interesa\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carmina <\/strong>es un restaurante de brasa, con opciones omn\u00edvoras y veganas. Iniciamos este camino del sabor con unas <strong><em>Setas a las brasas<\/em><\/strong>, que son servidas sobre una cama de tofu; acompa\u00f1adas de jitomate deshidratado, chimichurri, brotes de cilantro y sal. La primera de <em>carne<\/em>, y la segunda (y mi favorita) la de <em>humita <\/em>(granos de elote, con queso y chile poblano). Seguido del plato fuerte: <strong><em>Rib Eye con vegetales baby a las brasas<\/em><\/strong>. Y fue justo en ese momento donde entend\u00ed los sabores de <strong>Carmina<\/strong>, cada bocado me supo a gloria. Que para este punto yo ya estaba m\u00e1s que satisfecho, pero como saben, para el postre hay un est\u00f3mago aparte.\u00a0Un <strong><em>Pie de lim\u00f3n con merengue italiano, flores comestibles y bombones<\/em><\/strong>, que me derret\u00eda en cada bocado al mismo tiempo que los bombones en mi boca, acompa\u00f1ada de un caf\u00e9 americano\u2026simplemente espectacular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/13b74-img_20210608_180343.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/13b74-img_20210608_180343.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49975\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>No pod\u00eda olvidarme de las bebidas, prob\u00e9 4:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Passion Fruit:<\/strong> Mezcal con jugo de pi\u00f1a y maracuy\u00e1, escarchado con sal de apio y c\u00edtricos.<\/li><li><strong>Durango Pepper:<\/strong> Mezcal con pimiento, manzana, fresas y escarchado con mix de chiles y especias.<\/li><li><strong>Guava Sonorense:<\/strong> Mezcal con tamarindo y guayaba escarchado con su mix de chiles y especias.<\/li><li><strong>Jamaica Soul:<\/strong> Mezcal, jamaica, un toque de vinagre bals\u00e1mico y una burbuja con esencia de romeo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfMi favorito? <strong><em>Passion fruit<\/em><\/strong>, o si te gustan los sabores m\u00e1s \u00e1cidos <strong><em>Jamaica soul<\/em><\/strong> es la mejor opci\u00f3n.
