Comenzamos abriendo el apetito con un <strong>Buena Barra Sprit <\/strong>que entre sus ingredientes tiene espumoso, miel de agave, y decorado con toronja y aceitunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/6edbb-img_20210816_141225-01.jpeg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/6edbb-img_20210816_141225-01.jpeg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53454\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Seguido de un delicioso <strong>taco de jaiba<\/strong>, que les voy a confesar que no estaba tan seguro de comer, pero una vez di la primer mordida\u2026quer\u00eda otro, no saben lo suave de la carne\u2026adem\u00e1s lo acompa\u00f1an con 3 aderezos diferentes: <em>Habanero, Chile Serrano<\/em> con <em>cacahuate <\/em>y el tercero que es una mezcla de <em>chiles y salsa macha<\/em>\u2026para chuparse los dedos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"><div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_container swiper-container\"><ul class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_swiper-wrapper swiper-wrapper\"><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-53455\" data-id=\"53455\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/b3020-img_20210816_141854.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_slide swiper-slide\"><figure><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_image wp-image-53456\" data-id=\"53456\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/19af8-img_20210816_141904.jpg?w=1165&#038;ssl=1\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><a class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_button-prev swiper-button-prev swiper-button-white\" role=\"button\"><\/a><a class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_button-next swiper-button-next swiper-button-white\" role=\"button\"><\/a><a aria-label=\"Pause Slideshow\" class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_button-pause\" role=\"button\"><\/a><div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_pagination swiper-pagination swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De plato fuerte decid\u00ed darle oportunidad a sus <strong>chiles en nogada<\/strong> (<em>pese a las malas experiencias que he tenido con los de otros lugares<\/em>), primero me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n que mi chile ven\u00eda con el <em>n\u00famero 216<\/em>, y el mesero me explic\u00f3 que todos los chiles est\u00e1n numerados porque <strong>solo har\u00e1n 1,500 chiles<\/strong> y que se encuentran calificados dentro de<strong> los 10 mejores chiles en nogada de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u2026pero ten\u00eda que comprobarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/8fdfb-img_20210816_144612.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/zeromagazinemx.wpcomstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/8fdfb-img_20210816_144612.jpg?resize=527%2C1127&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53458\" width=\"527\" height=\"1127\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Voy a tratar de ser lo m\u00e1s descriptivo posible, aunque la verdad poderle transmitir los <strong>aromas <\/strong>y<strong> sabores<\/strong> de este platillo es casi imposible, con solo probar la <strong>nogada<\/strong>, entend\u00ed por qu\u00e9 est\u00e1n entre los mejores 10 del pa\u00eds (<em>tendr\u00e9 que probar los otros 9, pero para mi \u00e9ste es el n\u00famero 1<\/em>) las <em>notas del jerez, su mezcla de quesos, el relleno de frutas y filete<\/em>, la consistencia de la nogada\u2026es lo m\u00e1s exquisito. Adem\u00e1s te dan un recipiente con m\u00e1s nogada (<em>los am\u00e9 por eso<\/em>).
