fusi\u00f3n<br>mexicana, llega a Ciudad de M\u00e9xico ubicado en una de las<br>mejores colonias de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Polanco.<br>Los Socios Mayra Miranda, Nicola Porcella y German<br>Salinas cortaron el list\u00f3n de apertura, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la<br>Madrina e invitada de honor la influencers, l\u00edder,<br>fil\u00e1ntropa y empresaria Chantal Torres y el Chef Ernesto<br>Slim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento de Apertura, se llevo a cabo el 7 de Marzo, donde se destacaron la<br>presencia de personalidades, influencers y figuras reconocidas en el \u00e1mbito<br>mexicano para probar deliciosos platillos y mixologia con el toque TAYPA.<br>El chef Ernesto Slim Conchello, es el responsable de este concepto culinario con<br>mas de 25 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el dise\u00f1o de conceptos originales con toques<br>mexicanos.<br>Entre las especialidades esta el \u201cCeviche Taypa\u201d, \u201cLomo Salteado\u201d y \u201cTiradito de<br>At\u00fan\u201d acompa\u00f1ado de una mixologia muy amplia con la bebida m\u00e1s emblematica<br>de Per\u00fa, \u201cPisco\u201d.<br>El Restaurante cuenta con una zona de CAVAS para clientes y amigos con una<br>gran selecci\u00f3n de vinos importados y nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebraci\u00f3n por Apertura<br>Este fue un encuentro de celebraci\u00f3n para reunir a amigos de los socios a<br>compartir un emprendimiento tan especial,<br>Entre los invitados se encontraban Chantal Torres, Mari Rouss, Gaby De la<br>Torre, Zaira Zepeda, Susi Cueto, Lupita Jones, Jose Luis Roma, Gustavo Lugo,<br>Liz Vega, Veronica Obreg\u00f3n, Fernando Cerna, M\u00e1xima Nev\u00e1rez, Vanessa<br>Claudio, Brisa Cruz, Paola Pe\u00f1a, Mauricio Barcelata y amigos de Nicola<br>Porcella.<br>La noche inicio con un C\u00f3ctel de bienvenida \u201cTaypa House\u201d, un ceviche \u201cLeche<br>de Tigre\u201d marinado en lim\u00f3n, ajo, choclo y camote, \u201cChupe de Camar\u00f3n\u201d a base<br>de arroz con fonde de mariscos , camar\u00f3n, salsa roja, papa , arroz y haba.<br>En un segundo tiempo se brindo con un vino rosado Charlatan Cigales Espa\u00f1a,<br>con el platillo \u201cChaufa de Lomo\u201d Arroz tipo Oriental con tiras de filete de res,<br>pimiento y chicharo, para cerrar se sirvio un Cabernet Merlot y 3V Casa Madero<br>con un \u201cMousse de L\u00facuma\u201d y expreso
