Este evento es &nbsp; importante, ya que marca un hito desde que Valle, su restaurante en Oceanside, obtuvo su primera estrella Michelin el 18 de julio de 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En solo a\u00f1o y medio desde que abri\u00f3, Valle se convirti\u00f3 en el primer restaurante de Oceanside en recibir este prestigioso premio, asegurando as\u00ed su lugar en la \u00e9lite culinaria de California. \u00bfA poco no est\u00e1 padr\u00edsimo?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las cosas que hace a Valle tan especial es su compromiso con ingredientes locales&nbsp;&nbsp;y la combinaci\u00f3n de tradiciones culinarias de Ensenada con influencias contempor\u00e1neas. Esta mezcla de lo tradicional con lo moderno ha resonado tanto en Baja California, haciendo que todos aprecien la cocina mexicana moderna a ambos lados de la frontera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El chef Alcocer y su team no solo se conformaron con hacer lo b\u00e1sico. Su primer restaurante, Malva, situado en Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 reconocimiento Michelin en la ceremonia inaugural de la Gu\u00eda Michelin de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico en mayo de 2024. Este doble honor destaca la destreza del Chef Alcocer en la cocina mexicana contempor\u00e1nea, uniendo las tradiciones de Ensenada con los ingredientes frescos y locales de Baja California y el sur de California.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El chef Alcocer comparti\u00f3 su gratitud por estos honores diciendo: \u00abHa pasado un a\u00f1o desde que celebramos el honor de recibir nuestra primera estrella Michelin aqu\u00ed en Valle.
