Pues d\u00e9jenme contarles sobre el restaurante Valle en Oceanside, liderado por el chef bajacaliforniano Roberto Alcocer. No solo ha hecho historia, sino que sigue brillando con la retenci\u00f3n de su estrella Michelin en la Gu\u00eda MICHELIN California 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El Chef Que Lo Est\u00e1 Rompiendo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para empezar, Chef Roberto Alcocer no es cualquier chef; \u00e9l es la definici\u00f3n de alguien que persigue sus sue\u00f1os y los convierte en realidad. Es originario de Baja California, capt\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda MICHELIN por primera vez en 2022, y para el 18 de julio de 2023 ya ten\u00eda su primera estrella Michelin en las manos. Y esto fue solo 18 meses despu\u00e9s de abrir Valle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s, el chef y su team lo volvieron a hacer. En la ceremonia de la Gu\u00eda MICHELIN California 2024, el 5 de agosto en el Ritz-Carlton en Half Moon Bay, Valle mantuvo su estrella. Y es que cuando se trata de ofrecer calidad y creatividad, Valle siempre est\u00e1 al top. El chef Alcocer lo dijo bien: \u00abMantenernos a este nivel nunca deja de ser un reto para nosotros\u00bb. Este lugar fue recomendado por la Gu\u00eda MICHELIN en su primera edici\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, que se celebr\u00f3 en mayo de 2024 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
