Fue como ver un show en vivo, pero con comida\u00a0<em>de otro mundo<\/em>. Esta experiencia fue la que realmente mostr\u00f3 la creatividad del chef, porque era\u00a0<em>toda una performance<\/em>, desde la preparaci\u00f3n hasta la presentaci\u00f3n final de los platillos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oyster Bar<\/strong><br>Si eres fan de las ostras, this was your moment. El\u00a0<em>Oyster Bar<\/em>\u00a0fue un viaje sensorial, ofreciendo diferentes sabores y texturas que hac\u00edan que cada mordida fuera una experiencia \u00fanica. Las ostras fueron tratadas como peque\u00f1as joyas del mar, y no es para menos que CATAMUNDI es especialista en mezclar frescura con creatividad. Los que pasaron por esta estaci\u00f3n realmente cataron el mundo de las ostras, porque hab\u00eda opciones para todos los gustos: desde los que prefer\u00edan algo suave hasta los que quer\u00edan un punch m\u00e1s fuerte de sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wine Bar<\/strong><br>No pod\u00eda faltar el Wine Bar, obvio. Esta estaci\u00f3n fue todo un viaje a trav\u00e9s de nuevos sabores y aromas. Si te late el vino, seguro ya conoces\u00a0<strong>Esp\u00edritus Enol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bornos<\/strong>, y el s\u00faper popular\u00a0<strong>Rose Blood<\/strong>. Pues estos vinos fueron los protagonistas de la noche, maridados perfectamente con cada platillo.\u00a0<em>Literalmente<\/em>, una noche para consentir el paladar, donde cada sorbo contaba una historia. Si te encanta el vino, Catamundi se viene con un nuevo proyecto que es puro lujo, ya que su Wine Bar ser\u00e1 el lugar ideal para descubrir nuevos favoritos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fly Me to the Moon<\/strong><br>Los drinks no se quedaron atr\u00e1s. Esta estaci\u00f3n fue para los fans de los c\u00f3cteles premium. De la mano del bartender de\u00a0<strong>Diageo<\/strong>, la estrella fue el nuevo lanzamiento de\u00a0<strong>Johnnie Walker Ruby<\/strong>, que seguro lo vas a querer probar ASAP.\u00a0<em>Pero eso no es todo<\/em>, tambi\u00e9n estuvieron\u00a0<strong>Grey Goose<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>St-Germain<\/strong>, con quienes armaron momentos \u00fanicos como el famos\u00edsimo\u00a0<em>Martini moment<\/em>. Ya sabemos que el pan de Catamundi es uno de los m\u00e1s top de la ciudad, pero en este evento llevaron la panader\u00eda a otro nivel, con postres y panes tan ricos que\u00a0<em>hasta las dietas quedaron en pausa<\/em>\u00a0por un rato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pastas<\/strong><br>Ok, la pasta.\u00a0<em>Who doesn\u2019t love pasta?<\/em>\u00a0En esta estaci\u00f3n, el chef prepar\u00f3 un\u00a0<em>falso risotto<\/em>\u00a0que fue la estrella de la noche. Usaron pasta\u00a0<strong>BARILLA<\/strong>\u00a0para hacer magia y crear un plato que, aunque lo llamaron \u00abfalso risotto\u00bb, en sabor era todo lo que esperabas y m\u00e1s. Fue una de esas experiencias donde cada ingrediente estaba en perfecta armon\u00eda y, la verdad, los comensales quedaron impactados con lo delicioso que estaba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso y Charcuter\u00eda<\/strong><br>Los quesos\u00a0<strong>Acuyo<\/strong>, made in M\u00e9xico, y un maestro jamonero de\u00a0<strong>Capa Negra<\/strong>\u00a0hicieron que la estaci\u00f3n de queso y charcuter\u00eda fuera un must en el evento.\u00a0<em>Era como entrar a un mercado gourmet europeo<\/em>, pero con un toque mexicano que lo hac\u00eda a\u00fan m\u00e1s especial.
