Te dejo los ingredientes para hacer este pan que est\u00e1 para morirse de bueno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3\/4 de taza de harina de trigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de taza de leche evaporada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 sobre de levadura (6g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 tazas de harina de trigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 de taza de leche evaporada (360g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharada de agua de azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 barra de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente (90g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 de taza de agua para barnizar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 barra de mantequilla fundida (90g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Listo. Con esto en mano, est\u00e1s listo para comenzar. Si tienes todo, prep\u00e1rate para hacer magia en tu cocina con Chefman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Paso 1: Preparando la masa<\/em><br><\/strong>Para empezar, toma la harina y forma una fuente. En el centro, coloca la levadura fermentada, la leche evaporada, los huevos y el agua de azahar. Mezcla todo hasta obtener una masa suave. Ahora, es momento de amasar. Y no cualquier amasado, necesitamos que la masa est\u00e9 el\u00e1stica y no se te quede pegada en las manos. Toma tu tiempo en este paso. Si tienes la batidora Chefman, perfecto, pero si no, con tus manos tambi\u00e9n lo puedes lograr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ade la mantequilla y sigue amasando hasta que todo se integre bien. Coloca la masa en un recipiente engrasado, c\u00fabrelo con pl\u00e1stico adherente y d\u00e9jala reposar en un lugar tibio hasta que doble su tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Paso 2: Forma el pan<\/em><br><\/strong>Cuando la masa haya subido, es hora de darle forma. Reserva una cuarta parte de la masa para los \u201chuesos\u201d (que, por cierto, se ven s\u00faper cool). Divide el resto de la masa en 5 partes iguales, forma bolitas y col\u00f3calas en charolas con papel encerado. Cubre con pl\u00e1stico adherente y deja que reposen hasta que doblen su volumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, con la masa que reservaste, forma 10 tiras para los huesos (\u00a1s\u00ed, esas que le dan el toque especial a tu pan de muerto!). Ponlas en una charola y refrig\u00e9ralas un ratito. Esto es clave porque necesitas que se enfr\u00eden un poco antes de colocarlas en el pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Paso 3: Es hora de armar los panes<\/em><br><\/strong>Con el agua, barniza ligeramente las bolitas de masa donde ir\u00e1n los huesos. Coloca dos huesitos cruzados sobre el pan y en la parte superior, una bolita m\u00e1s para simular el cr\u00e1neo.
