Y ahora, \u00a1prep\u00e1rate porque La Taberna celebra nada menos que 30 a\u00f1os de trayectoria!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este 2024, M\u00f3nica Pati\u00f1o, la chef que hizo posible este restaurante ic\u00f3nico, ha decidido celebrar con un libro muy personal que recopila an\u00e9cdotas, recetas y vivencias que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los ingredientes:&nbsp;<em>es todo un viaje emocional<\/em>. Pero fue en 1994 cuando se mudaron a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, espec\u00edficamente al sur, en una casa de estilo europeo que podr\u00eda estar sacada de una pel\u00edcula vintage, y ah\u00ed comenz\u00f3 su legado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f3nica, como buena chef, no solo puso el coraz\u00f3n en la cocina, sino que tambi\u00e9n apost\u00f3 por la atm\u00f3sfera. Las vitrales, las terrazas, el ambiente \u00edntimo todo lo hizo&nbsp;<em>perfecto<\/em>&nbsp;para crear un lugar donde no solo te alimentas, sino que vives una experiencia que te marca. Es una verdadera&nbsp;<em>biograf\u00eda gastron\u00f3mica<\/em>&nbsp;de M\u00f3nica Pati\u00f1o, y c\u00f3mo logr\u00f3 entrelazar su historia personal con la de su restaurante. En cada p\u00e1gina, la chef comparte c\u00f3mo encontr\u00f3 su pasi\u00f3n por la cocina, c\u00f3mo se le meti\u00f3 en la cabeza abrir un restaurante y c\u00f3mo, de alguna manera, La Taberna del Le\u00f3n se fue convirtiendo en algo mucho m\u00e1s grande que un lugar para comer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El chef Corent\u00edn: un toque internacional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la Taberna del Le\u00f3n se ha reforzado con la llegada del chef Corent\u00edn Bertrand, mejor conocido como \u00abCore\u00bb. Este chef franc\u00e9s, que lleva m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en CDMX, se uni\u00f3 al equipo de La Taberna y le dio un giro fresco a las propuestas del restaurante.&nbsp;<em>Literalmente, se ha hecho cargo de llevar el sabor y la tradici\u00f3n mexicana a otros niveles<\/em>. Lo m\u00e1s incre\u00edble es que, a pesar de ser franc\u00e9s, Core se ha sumergido tanto en la gastronom\u00eda mexicana que su cocina tiene un toque aut\u00e9ntico y \u00fanico que le da un giro espectacular a los platillos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ana Hop y la magia de las fotos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y como toda obra de arte, este libro tambi\u00e9n cuenta con una parte visual s\u00faper cool, de esas que hacen que quieras ir a la librer\u00eda a comprarlo. La fot\u00f3grafa Ana Hop fue la encargada de capturar la esencia de La Taberna del Le\u00f3n, y no solo eso, sino tambi\u00e9n de plasmar los momentos clave de la historia de M\u00f3nica y sus creaciones culinarias. Las fotos del libro est\u00e1n organizadas en una secuencia visual que va desde lo claro a lo obscuro, reflejando c\u00f3mo La Taberna, a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, ha ido mutando y transform\u00e1ndose, sin perder nunca su esencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada foto tiene su propia historia y le da un toque art\u00edstico que hace del libro mucho m\u00e1s que una simple recopilaci\u00f3n de recetas.
