Desde su apertura en 2022 en Polanco, este lugar se ha dedicado a rescatar el ma\u00edz criollo y a conectar a los productores locales con quienes amamos la buena comida. Hay cl\u00e1sicos infalibles como las enmoladas, enfrijoladas y memelas, pero tambi\u00e9n joyitas inesperadas como las quesadillas con mole coloradito o el hot cake de elote con barbacoa de borrego (s\u00ed, le\u00edste bien, y suena tan incre\u00edble como sabe).
