Y cuando dos cocinas inigualables se encuentran, obvio pasa la magia.  Justo esto suceder\u00e1, del 26 al 28 de febrero, en el restaurante <em>Mar\u00eda Ciento 38<\/em> en Santa Mar\u00eda La Ribera, pues se convertir\u00e1 en el punto de encuentro entre Sicilia y Baja California, prometiendo un viaje de sabores que no te puedes perder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mar y la tradici\u00f3n en Mar\u00eda Ciento 38<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta colaboraci\u00f3n \u00e9pica viene de la mano de la Nonna Antonietta Di Pasquale y el chef mexicano Rafael Maga\u00f1a. Juntes armaron un men\u00fa que combina lo mejor de la cocina siciliana con lo m\u00e1s fresco del mar bajacaliforniano. Si te late la buena comida, prep\u00e1rate para probar desde una <em>ensalada de pulpo con piquillos<\/em> hasta unas <em>polpette di sarde<\/em> con salsa pomodoro casera. Todo se escucha delicioso y lo es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obvio, cada platillo viene con maridajes especiales de vinos de Sicilia y Baja California para que la experiencia sea completa. Y si eres de les que siempre dejan espacio para el postre, el <em>semifreddo di mandorle<\/em> con gelato artesanal y un shot de caf\u00e9 ristretto te va a enamorar. Planazo, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s que solo sabores<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero ojo, este evento no solo es una experiencia culinaria, tambi\u00e9n busca resaltar el valor de los ingredientes locales y las tradiciones gastron\u00f3micas. La sostenibilidad y el respeto por ambas cocinas son el alma de esta propuesta.
