Pero, en un mundo donde la gastronom\u00eda sigue plagado de vatos en mandiles blancos, hay cinco chefs rifadas que est\u00e1n rompiendo fronteras y dejando huella en Estados Unidos. No solo cocinan platillos que nos hacen babear, sino que tambi\u00e9n desaf\u00edan estereotipos y abren camino para las que vienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La revoluci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en la cocina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas chefs no solo tratan de cocinar rico, sino que llevan  la tradici\u00f3n a otro nivel pues est\u00e1n reinventando recetas. Apostando por la sustentabilidad y creando espacios que empoderan a su comunidad. Por otra parte, Diana D\u00e1vila con su restaurante \u00abMi Tocaya Antojer\u00eda\u00bb en Chicago, pone la comida callejera mexicana en el centro de la conversaci\u00f3n. Este programa, ha sido clave en mostrar la diversidad de nuestra gastronom\u00eda y en romper prejuicios sobre lo que es la comida mexicana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las chefs que impulsan M\u00e9xico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En definitiva, estas chefs no solo han conquistado paladares, sino que est\u00e1n construyendo un futuro donde las mujeres tienen un papel protagonista en la gastronom\u00eda.
